Jane Lewis Fitness consultancy can help you organise your time to enable you to fit in the required amount of exercise needed to meet the government guidelines for health and fitness and help you develop and maintain a healthy eating regime. 

Our aim is to educate, motivate and inspire clients to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their life, by providing personal training packages to our clients, specific to their needs and personal goals. Individual training programmes are designed around the amount of time our clients have to train. 

The number one reason for not exercising is lack of time! This could be due to work commitments, family commitments, or simply not knowing where to start! 

Jane Lewis Fitness Consultancy can understand and empathize with people who feel they do not have the time to fit an exercise routine and healthy eating regime into their daily lives.  Most people would like to change their current lifestyle for a healthier one, but never seem to get round to making the changes.
